About Your Tutor
I have been fascinated by the English Language ever since my teenage years - a passion that led me to build my life in England, where I have now spent over 20 years, immersed in its culture and language.
This lived experience allowed me to teach English as a second language to eager students hoping to hone their communication skills for academic and professional success.
My qualifications include:
- Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE) - top grade
- IELTS - top grade
- TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) Certificate
- BA in English Literature and Creative Writing (First Class Honours)
- I am currently in the final year of my Master's degree in Creative Writing
I hold a recent, Enhanced DBS certificate in the UK, meeting safeguarding standards for working with learners.

Bespoke Sessions for:
Professionals: Improve your spoken English skills for meetings, presentations, and general international communication.
Middle/High School, College & Higher Education students: Support with skills required for academic studies, essay writing, and advanced vocabulary
Advanced Learners: Conversation-focused lessons designed to refine fluency, confidence and natural expression in your day-to-day life or, for example, prior to a holiday or a big move abroad.
How Lessons Work
One-to-One online lessons:
Conversation-based learning, with culture and vocabulary support
Discussion of topics (culture, work, ideas, literature) that are relevant to you
Optional help with writing and academic English, if required
Help with preparation for Cambridge International language standards exams > From A2 Flyer level onwards)

Young learners (From Cambridge A2 Flyers/A2 Key (KET) level onwards:

"Speaking Gym" sessions for independent learners who do not need traditional grammar drills, textbooks, or homework. It is a focused conversation space to keep your English sharp, fluid, and natural. Feedback is given at the end of every session.
